"Well, I don’t tell my sad story to everyone…"
If you are speaking it, AT ALL, the gloom is manifesting  in your life, attitude and business, trust me. STOP. Find your triumphant story amidst the struggle and speak of these things -- words of life,  joy and overcome.
When you come from your most authentic place, laugh through your tears and celebrate even the smallest victories, you will win over the most people.
You have made it this far, and extraordinary breakthrough is right around the corner. Move forward and give all of yourself to the present moment.  REAL HAPPINESS and PRESENCE resonate, translate and are the most attractive!

change your story

We all have a story, from the journey, that we like to lament... It is time to turn yours around and create a positive spin. Build a powerful platform that testifies from brokenness to breakthrough, fear to faith and desperation to inspiration. Each of us has beauty inside of us, born from pain or struggle, and it is time to SHARE the beauty. Embrace the BEST parts. Accept the the joy from suffering and rise in the beauty from ashes. We can all speak of experiences and lessons that have transformed us, and made us wiser, stronger... Right? Think about the same ol’ sad sack story you tell yourself, and the people closest to you…today, choose to change the tune and tone of that story, from the mire to the magnificent, because that is what your story is really all about.

proclamation!

I Proclaim:
Dabbling in mediocre choices. Hanging-out with people who are stuck. Being in a rut. Choosing the easy way out. Resting on past laurels. Repeating mistakes. Comparing. Nurturing bad habits. Weariness. Giving in. Stress. Overwhelm. Denial. Replaying old messages. Defeated. Run down.
These are the lies.

And, I choose truth. Brave. Surrounded by champions of love and light. New adventures. Doing hard things, things I hate, to have what I love. Seeking all of the fresh possibilities and successes before me. Learning and evolving. Becoming the best version of me. Developing new daily choices and activities. Awake! Unstoppable. Calm. Serene. Facing the reality of my circumstance, and seeing beyond the day, to my brightest future. Receiving new mercies and grace today. Triumphant. Held up.

Every great company, great brand or great career, are built the same way, step by step. True success stories share in the experience of extraordinary highs and lows, before ultimately hitting their stride. Sometimes they even have to burn down, before they can rise up. Adversity is a breeding ground for miracles, when we keep moving forward, getting better and exploring new possibilities and solutions. Never rest on your laurels and don't skimp on your celebrations. Always keep your eyes and heart open to fresh revelation, exciting offers and new power connections.

What new possibilities have captured your heart, lately?

crazy!

An old revelation occurred to me today:
It is crazy when I create chaos to avoid...joy?? BUT, I DO - I really do.

Sometimes, I create a mess, and bury myself under piles of disorganization, to avoid activities that would positively impact my life & career.

This chaos deflates the euphoria of a “job well done." I miss out on bliss from creating  momentum, by shooting myself in the foot, with confusion and distraction. I hinder myself, my relationships, my household, and my prosperity moving forward, out of fear.
  Like I said - CRAZY...
Awareness is a step in the right direction, right!? However, how do I solve this problem, for good...

…Commit to touching every vital aspect of my life & career investments -- just a “little bit a’ right” EVERYDAY, in ALL areas: self, family and work.

The Next right Thing

Discipline + Stewardship = the cost of contentment.
Maintain a sense of balance. Take the first step toward more joy, productivity and momentum. Once you get moving, keep going in that direction, consistently. My focus is, the NEXT right thing. Facing what is in front of me, and tackling that very thing.

Catapulting to greatness happens in the day to day tasks, activities and chores.

I tend the most important aspects of my life, everyday: taking care of me, being a good wife, mama and networker. Staying present and giving my day over to these few things will create peace in my own mind, home and business.

When you make the call you need to make, send the sample you promised to send, update your clients, touch base with a consultant to encourage her... when you keep your word, when the laundry is caught up, the bathrooms are clean, and dinner is thawing...when you sit for awhile to give full attention to the child telling about their day...when you have moved your body,  written that note you need to slip in the mail....sent that invite or thank you...when you have accomplished those things, one after another, moving through your day, and your week, making it all fit, making it all work, taking it as it comes...allowing a moment  to yourself with a yogurt & a chapter...when you move forward, without beating yourself up over yesterday, or getting ahead of yourself and allowing the overwhelm in thinking about what you haven’t done...
When you just stay right there in the midst of the next right thing - it is good.

Attraction

I love words. When a word persists, I will dig around. I like to define a word that nags at me, and so I always begin with a Google search in a virtual dictionary. This will lead me down many interesting rabbit trails: to great articles and ancient  writings, inspiring quotes, books for my reading list, useful training, resource, people, stories, new ideas …I allow my imagination freedom to wander. I enjoy fueling my creative juices, to innovate a thought and share, as to encourage all of us to expand our minds and ideas about our success.
Attraction came to mind today!
We are all building a new team, a whole new thing, with Beautycounter. We are in the same boat, with equal opportunity and resource though varying influences…with the same goal: to attract NEW customers, connections, and business partners.

Attraction:
The
act, power, or quality of attracting.
"He had drawn her to him like a flower to the sun."

Attract:
1.To arouse or compel the interest, admiration, or attention of: We were attracted by the display of lights.
 2. To draw by appealing to the emotions or senses, by stimulating interest, or by exciting admiration; allure; invite: to attract attention; to attract admirers.

What can we do to improve our power of attraction?

Be ruthless

Be ruthless. Only say YES to those things and people that breathe life, energy and light... dump the rest.

Do not overstuff life with obligations that drain energy and love, reserved for your family and life work. Leave room for the unexpected, and for miracles! Be sure to protect your peace, precious time and vital relationships, every decision, every day.

What do you think?

Create sacred space & traditions for yourselves, your families and for your work. Do not unravel and wear out before the finish line.

This is not a race or a competition – we are in this for the long haul. We are building a legacy that will outlast us. Work hard and replenish, over and over again.

Stay refreshed and replenished in order to complete the good work you have begun…

How do you rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit?
